1. Payment validates order and must be done before deliveries outside Accra are confirmed. 
2. Products sold are not returnable
3. In case of an order cancellation, we should be informed at least 24hours before the package is sent out for delivery. 
4. In case of any damages or order errors by our fault, kindly contact and inform us within 24hours after delivery. We would verify and make adequate compensation if confirmed
