1. About Silkstorm
Silkstorm is a Ghanaian men’s haircare and grooming brand offering haircare products, grooming tools, accessories, and related products.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Silkstorm website and, where applicable, other official Silkstorm sales channels.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, colours, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, lighting, photography, or product batch.
Silkstorm reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, or change product specifications where necessary.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once Silkstorm confirms the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of:
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Product availability issues
- Pricing or listing errors
- Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the Silkstorm website are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Orders must be paid through the payment methods made available by Silkstorm.
An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Delivery
Silkstorm works with third-party delivery and logistics providers to fulfil orders.
Delivery times provided on our website or by our team are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, logistical disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances affecting the delivery provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reasonably available to receive their orders.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location, order, promotion, or shipping method selected.
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Silkstorm as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, or dispatch.
Where an order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow the applicable return or exchange process instead.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Silkstorm aims to ensure that customers receive products in satisfactory condition.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order details and relevant evidence, such as photographs or videos where appropriate.
Eligibility for a return, exchange, or refund will depend on the circumstances and the applicable Silkstorm return policy.
Products returned due to a change of mind may be subject to different conditions and may not be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, certain opened or used grooming and personal-care products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Product Use and Safety
Silkstorm products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.
Customers are responsible for reading product information and following appropriate usage instructions.
If you experience an unexpected reaction or discomfort after using a personal-care product, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Silkstorm products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, free-delivery offers, loyalty bonuses, and other incentives may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Promotional periods may have specific start and end dates.
- Silkstorm reserves the right to correct obvious errors or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.
Specific promotional terms will take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.
10. Loyalty Rewards
Where Silkstorm operates a loyalty or rewards programme, points and rewards are subject to the applicable programme rules.
Silkstorm reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme or modify its rewards structure where reasonably necessary.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by Silkstorm.
Any points earned through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized activity may be cancelled.
11. Product Reviews
Customers may be invited to submit product reviews.
Reviews must be genuine and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
Silkstorm reserves the right to remove or decline to publish reviews that violate these requirements.
By submitting a review, you grant Silkstorm permission to display the review and associated content on its website and official marketing channels, subject to applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
